How much will I save with Baja Pass?
No set number; it will be hundreds or thousands! That depends only on how much you milk it; once, twice, or involve it with everything you do - we encourage that.
The more you use it, the more you save!
For how long is my Baja Pass membership valid?
The membership is valid for 12 months beginning on the date of purchase.
I would like to gift a Baja Pass membership
That is an excellent way of sending someone off on vacation.
Easy, just add their email at the time of checkout.
Can I use the Baja Pass benefits multiple times at the same venue?
Indeed! If your Baja Pass membership is valid, you can apply the savings as often as you need.
What happens if the price is different than on your website?
All Tour operators are capable of changing their prices without prior notice. Baja Pass is not responsible for any price change. We try to stay up-to-date, but it's complicated when we aren't advised on time by our partners.
Will more partners be added to the list?

How often do I need to use Baja Pass before paying itself?
Apparently, less than once.
Most of our savings are worth more than your initial investment - for as much this truth sounds like a slogan, we are not exaggerating.
Why can't I cancel or modify my Baja Pass?
You cannot cancel or modify your Baja Pass right after making your order, as your Baja Pass e-card is created and sent to your email instantly, ready to be downloaded and used.
We may not always be able to help, but we are happy to try. If you can’t find more information regarding how to modify or cancel an order, please contact our Customer Care team to see if we can assist.
What exceptions apply?
