The differences that matter
How long it really lasts
Baja Pass runs 365 days from the day you buy, so a February trip and a return in December both fit on one pass. Los Cabos Passport cards come in editions that each end on a fixed January 1 or July 1; buy in September 2026 and your card ends July 1, 2027.
Digital vs. a card in hand
Baja Pass arrives in Apple or Google Wallet minutes after payment — nothing to collect, sign or activate. The Passport is a physical card: you pick it up at one of their locations, pay for hand delivery or wait 10 to 15 days for mail to the US or Canada, then sign and activate it before the first use.
Depth vs. breadth
The Passport's strength is its long list of participating restaurants and services. Baja Pass goes deep on fewer things: 2x1 at 24 tour and activity partners, 50% off an 11-boat yacht and fishing fleet, and at El Squid Roe a 2x1 that covers every drink — bottles included — not just food.

Do I need to pick up Los Cabos Passport?
